Sorry, sorry about this.

Circumstances saw me once again down in this area, last weekend.  This
time the sun was shining.

I'm really struggling with this black and white thing.  I see "true"
black and white photographs elsewhere, you know what I mean, taken with the proper stuff and all that,
that truly tug at my heart strings.  When I try to do the same, and I just
did with two or three rolls of Ilford Delta Pro 400, I find myself on the most
part disappointed with the results.  I don't know why but I always find
myself gravitating back towards the colour film, then trying the black and white
thing by means of a Photoshop conversion.

Well, a couple of Good Things happened this weekend.

The first was brought about by the postman ringing the doorbell on Saturday
morning to deliver a smashing print from my chum Phil.  I will
reciprocate of course,  mine will be in the post tomorrow.

The second was a sort of celebration as, after yesterday, and with the advent
of our youngest's 20th birthday, Mrs L and I are no longer parents of teenagers
.  Surprisingly enough we have survived relatively unscarred.

The rest of the weekend has been a rather depressing clammy grey with little
to inspire, though I find this evening that have I managed to get through three
rolls of film.

This picture is taken on Park Hill, which is behind East Meon, looking across
the Meon Valley.  Hasselblad 500C/M, Fuji Pro 400H.
